Any tips of putting the doors back on? Buying one that had the doors removed (because they used it as a golf cart) and will be responsible for putting them back on
@jananasbananas76 it's hard to do without taking the front fenders off. Since mine will never be stock again, I cut access points so I wouldn't have to take fenders off again.
I was there in 2023
It worked for me ! Thanks
I’m in tears, the video you ALMOST made is the EXACT one I need right now- I have almost the exact same scenario happening to me
@xxzombieehunterxx881 which scenario? I might be able to guide you in the right direction?
Shut the fuck up and get to the actual process.
How did you wire them in?
@CrazySkippyHD I didn't, I used manual seat sliders and built adapters
How did you reprogram your gears? I recently made a swap and can’t make work the gears =[
@ramonherver I used the jscan app on my phone with a Bluetooth OBD scan dongle. It was really easy. It let's you adjust the ratios and tire size in the ECM
Just a caution: Do NOT buy cheapo EDPM weather stripping. They will be FAR too hard/firm, and you will have problems closing doors, rolling up windows. There are several sellers who have whole car weather stripping packages < $200. This stuff will be an absolute waste of money. Yes, proper weather stripping is expensive (700-$800 as of 2024), but that's really the only option.
Thanks!
Is there a follow up video?
I can't believe that actually worked. I'm truly amazed it was that easy thank you so much! I don't comment on videos often but yeah this video deserves it. I did the 1 1/4
So sweet. I love MS
How do they look at night video, please
The music isn’t need, I’d rather hear ya talk. Good video though.
It's likely that there would be language that would demonitize me, LOL...
What carburetor did you end up using? I have a 1980 F150 with the 300 straight 6 as well
I had to replace the hole control stick because it broke and I thought this was useful for taking apart
Ty!
I've got a '97 XJ that just recently had a similar issue with over an inch of water on the passenger side floorboard after a lot of rain. Wondering if it's set up similar to where I can access it after removing the cover? I watched a nightmarish video of a guy cutting open his cowl to gain access to the fresh air intake. Mine is the first year of the "restyle" so maybe they redesigned it for '97?
even if you cant get into the cowl, if you can find the drain hose emptying out, you can blow air up into it to clear the obstruction. guarantee the water in your floorboard is the blower box filling with water and leaking out.
Thanks yall!!! Worked perfectly!!!! EHHHHHHGG
Recently put an Agility radiator in a 98 ram and it immediately started mixing trans fluid and coolant together. Turned an easy job into a bigger job and big mess. Just pay the extra $40 for a quality brand radiator (like Denso) and save yourself rolling the dice on a huge headache.
Yup I have that exact issue ,,2017 ram rebel...thank you buddy
Found inch and a quarter ID hose in home depot did the fix works well thanks you much I actually canceled the new washer I was going to buy tried this saved me 600 bucks
After a month had to use hose clamps on bottom cable tie on top cable ties fell of tubing after a while
putting any money into a dana30 is a mistake. RE lift , whyyyyyyy?
Thanks brother
Can that drain be removed to clean really well?
what ended up being the issue?
Headgasket. It took a few heat cycles and starting working correctly. Still a little smoke on startup due to the scoring in that middle piston wall.
@@cvsahara Hey thats awesome man, you didnt have to spend 900. on a new head
Jeep is looking great! Keep up with projects for it too!!!
Thanks for this video!
Thank you for the info.
I have an rk24h which has the same motor and it’s essentially the same tractor. Using it as lightly as I would use a tractor of this size…I accidentally pushed a SMALL limb through the plastic “mesh” on the grill and into the fan…it ain’t hard Also the plastic threads on the hood on the unsupported side have cracked
Thanks so much for doing this & mentioning the T30 bit. I just fixed mine. Clearly someone had been in there before, the small round white connector to the camera was a little chewed up. Removed & sprayed it with Deoxit5 & replaced it. Camera fixed. Could not get the larger connector apart but didn't need to.
Get a C3 vette. I just bought a 74 convertible with the factory hard top. Beautiful Car, most everything is easy to work and not expensive except interior parts. It's my second one. Had a 77 a few years ago. Good luck and thanks for the video.
79 c3 was my first car. My dad and I restored it from an interior fire when I was 15. Loved it. Will be back in the collection one day! Love the 74 convertible
@@cvsahara that's awesome! How do I send you pictures?
Thanks. Of course, I do have a 97.
Can't get the axle pin removed from the bearing. Advice?
Get what you pay for, but everything has its purpose. Common sense doesn't seem to be common anymore.
Doesn't work , the bushing that the springs sit in degrades....thats the real problem..
Thanks so much for this video!
98 tj. All lights are LED. This worked perfectly. Thank you.
You have the Sahara model, you should not need the 8.8 it has the dana 44 rear differential....
Most early Saharas had D35 as this one did.
Good videos Is the electric locker wiring you used in the link have two plugs on the end In the video you talk about it but the harness in your link seems to only have one I am gearing up to put 08 rubicon housings under my g/fs 2013 Sahara and saw this video Also am I buying two harness one for the back and one for the front I take it you did not hook up the part that makes the light come on the dash is that what I am missing with the housing having 2 plugs but harness has one
You are correct. I did not buy the second harness/plug that illuminates the dash. The housings have 2 plugs. The one I used which activates the locker amd a second that illuminates the dash. I think the dash lights also work through the canbus so I didn't mess with them. The lights on the switch work just fine.
Thanks for the reply Hope this helps you with people seeing your videos because out of most out there on how tools are garbage Too much talk talk and not enough action ha ha Anyway thanks again
Thanks for sharing
thank you for this.
I've asked for the VIN on marketplace so I can look at the build sheet. You'd think I was asking for their bank PIN for goodness sake.
Looks great!
Are those C5 seats in your C4? I just got a nice set of C5 seats to replace my destroyed C4 seats. I just have to fabricate some kind of adapters probably. Do you have a video about that? That would be amazing if you do!!
They are c5 seats. I don't have a good video of it but you need to buy some manual seat sliders for a c4 if you don't already have some and then fabricate off that. I have them out of the car currently. Maybe I can make a video showing what I did
@@cvsahara that would be awesome if you did! 👍🏻
She’s a keeper!
Is that Leroy 3.0?
Haha more like 0.0000030. 250hp rocket!!
Got some nice metalcloak parts with the new axels.
Yeah, it was a heckuva bonus. The junkyard I got them from didn't care and didn't charge any more than normal
I'm hoping this is the issue I'm having with wet passenger side floor during rain. Thanks for taking the time to make the video.
